We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

OUR POLICY

1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery (as indicated on your tracking page). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and hygiene labels attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
3. No refunds for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promo coupons.
4. Exchanges and returns for orders can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
5.  Postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer to send back the items to BOMBASS. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as BOMBASS is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
6. Although we try our absolute best to process these exchanges as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days during busy periods.
